It’s always lovely to send or receive a card from someone but what about the impact on our trees? Well, our friends at Earthbits have created these amazing cards that are made from alternative fibres and not from virgin trees. Just choose your design, then choose your paper type.

Our Seeded Paper cards are made with 100% recycled paper combined with repurposed cotton pulp. Flowers and herb seeds are embedded in the untreated paper, so these cards can be planted in pots or in the garden after being gifted. These will then grow into beautiful plants with just some sunlight, water and love!⁣

Our Banana Paper cards are made from banana fibre which is extracted from disposed banana stems. Once the banana fibre is removed, it is cooked to make pulp and used to make vibrant and elegant paper.

Our Tree Free Cards are packaged in 100% compostable and biodegradable bags made from vegetable starch.

How to use our Seeded Cards

• Submerge in 5mm of water and keep naturally lit.
• After a few days or weeks, the seeds will begin to sprout.
• Transfer to a pot with fresh compost and water regularly, keep in a sunny area of the house.
• As with everything made with natural materials, patience + care = success!
