We offer FREE standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £50.00 and a £3.95 charge for orders under the value of £50. Please allow 3-7 working days as goods are dispatched via courier 2nd class which is tracked but not signed for.
Local customers with SP7, SP8, BA8, BA9 and BA12 6DJ postcodes qualify for free delivery with a £20 minimum order as we will deliver personally.
Please contact us if you are from the Highlands and Islands or from elsewhere in Europe for a delivery quote. There may also be additional taxes and duties payable.

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Any returns for a REFUND must be returned by your own method. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this may be your order number.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for example an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service like www.myhermes.co.uk or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
